There are two ways to process a return:

Once an RMA (return merchandise authorization) is requested, you will receive an online shipping label via email within 24 hours to ship back your return.
An RA number is required for us to authorize a return. Please contact our customer care department.
The sizing/refinishing/repairing process takes approximately 2 weeks from the day that we receive the product. We do not cover shipping freight or insurance charges.
After we receive a notification by email for an RMA, we issue the shipping label and email it to you. Within 24 hours, we invoice you for this label. Once the exchange/repair is ready to be shipped back out, we charge you again for the shipping going back to you. If the error is ours (e.g. wrong size, color, or millimeter), we do not charge shipping.
Please note that we do not accept returns for custom orders.
All MALO bands that are returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
